  1. use this only when you are comfortable and experienced with your baby sling.

  2. start with your baby in the hip-baby position.

  3. grab your sling from your shoulder and under your baby's bottom and swing him/her to your back.

  4. ensure the baby sling remains flat across your chest and shoulder

  5. your baby still straddles your hip but he/she is towards your back
