if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 28 days for a full refund, less the shipping costs, or for an exchange. we do not accept returns after 28 days from receipt of purchase. all orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by z’fina inc. we reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
to process an exchange or return, send the following information to, info@zfina.com:
- customer's name
- customer's mailing address
- description of products for return or exchange
- reason for return/exchange
upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. items must be received by Z’fina within 10 days of receiving an exchange/return authorization number. please include a copy of the original invoice with your return or exchange.
if your product has a manufacturing defect, Z’fina is happy to replace it for you. the shipping charge is waived for replacements.
when shipping from outside of canada, please use regular post and not a courier company such as Federal Express or UPS as we cannot receive it due to customs charges incurred at our end.
